When you are in a safety environment, we open more to an experience. Doing Distance Reiki at Home, will allow you to discover the energy in the comfort of your own place, and truly rest after a session.
Also, we are all busy and going to an in-person session might feel like a too big commitment.
Energetically, there is no distance because of interconnection. It might be one of the most beautiful gem of the Reiki system.
So we can connect with you through the practice of Reiki. How wonderful is that !

Based on principles of Western scientific energy medicine and ancient Eastern knowledge, the goal of IEH is to awaken your body’s innate healing potential. Integrative Energy Healing Practitioners are certified in a three year, intensive program offered by Langara College.
The intake during these sessions will have more detail. Together the client and the practitioner will create an intention for the session. The practitioner will blend a mix of healing modalities and Scientific Energy Medicine to create a healing protocol tailored for the person on the table.

The practitioner will go through a list of questions with you to determine where and how the energy is moving through your chakra system.
The practitioner uses a variety of healing modalities to connect and integrate all of your chakras, so that you are able to gain more clarity in all areas of your life.

Kundalini or “coiled snake” is a latent and feminine life force energy, located at the base of the spine.
When you are going through a time of life transformation, spiritual or not, the snakes might wake up and you might experience a lot of challenging experiences.
Sometimes you don’t even know why which makes it extra challenging. The snakes need to loose their skin… and let go of what is not needed, in order to take the next step.
Sometimes, all we need is a good cry or a big laugh with friends… and sometimes we want a loving boost to help us to open to a situation.
With Reiki, we can hold a space full of love, in order to feel safe enough to look at what is going on and let go of what is no longer useful.
Transformation is a beautiful process, let’s make it pleasant, as much as we can - and you can even have fun in the process ;)

The Reiki journey is a new service at the Centre and we are so excited to share it with you.
This service is tailored to you and your particular goals. It is different from a “regular” Reiki session and is intended for those who want to explore both themselves and the practice more deeply.
The journey will consist of four stages:
1. Arrange a Zoom call and take some time to get to know each other and create your intention(around 45 min)
2. The path for your journey will be created based on you and your intention. Japanese, Tibetan, Kundalini and Karuna Reiki will all play a role in your experience. This part is all up to us...you just chill
3. The journey begins. You lay down and we will do the rest. You can keep your phone next to you to communicate with us. You’re the boss, as always. ( around 90 min ) - We recommend that you set aside some time just for you after the journey is complete - to journal or meditate or just be with yourself
4. When you feel ready we connect again over Zoom to reflect on your experience( 30 min )

A Reiki session is booked for one hour. The client remains fully clothed throughout and can expect to experience a deep sense of relaxation and peace of mind. After the treatment, there is time for feedback and discussion.
Regular, ongoing Reiki sessions are best when someone wishes to work on a specific issue or health concern.
